Safety is priority! And they accomplish it. We have compared this company with two companies recommended by lonely planet but we finally choose this one as they don’t have negative comments, everyone said it’s very safe, and accomodation is included. My husband and I joined the whole day rafting (140USD per person) with two couples from Germany and Belgium. We all appreciate the hard work of the rafting team staff.

So there are around 4-6 kayak as a rescue team in case we fall into the water that they can reach you ASAP. The rafting master is Ibrahim who is humble and sophisticated. He gives a very clear safety instruction and command during rafting. Even we got some training in case we flip out the raft and how to attack the big wave. They are reliable, trustworthy and always taking care of us.

You will have full board meal, big breakfast, big pineapple/ biscuit/ water during rafting and big dinner. Also it includes the accomodation which is a tent. It is big enough for a couple and we feel quite comfortable.

Most important thing they have great resolution picture and video for us. It’s included in package. Good for everyone to post in social media.

The only thing we want to complain is when we check in in the reception. We arrived at 7:30pm. We know it’s late. But receptionist shows not a happy face that they supposed to close at 6pm but waiting for us.... they asked us to put our belonging inside the clock room immediately. We told them we need time to pack.... in this moment we feel like being urged and not welcoming.

After all, rafting is the best part in this company. Thank you so much! And I highly recommend them to everyone if you are still struggling which company you are choosing. You won’t regret.

After rafting with them, you will understand what is vegetarian crocodile and African massage, haha.

The safety crew was the best and they made the river and waves feel like the safest place to be and they gave near death a thrilling touch, it's scary but they make it feel like home .

The crew is very experienced and all u have to do is sit back and enjoy your time on the river ,rafting with them not only feels safe but it gives u courage to face the tide of the river with no fear and hope that u could fall into the rushing tide just once. The thrill and the adrenaline rush while you're on the river is crazy and it almost feels like u're in a movie.

At the start the staff is very inviting and friendly and the guides are charismatic and just fun to be around . The camera man makes sure that u're memories and all moments are captured whole and natural and u can have them at the end of your experience.

Make sure to go with family or friends and it will surely make your experience even better.

At the end of the rid we were served drinks and they gave us the most amazing food back at their lounge while we got to watch our videos and a slide-show of all our photos and they did a good job with everything. I don't really eat much but the foo they served was worth more than five stars probably better if u don't eat the whole day and have this as ur only meal I'd honestly just love to go back there. for about a million times so just trust to have the best experience if u choose white nile rafting .

If this experience doesn't deserve five stars , I don't know...

From the moment we arrived, we were treated like royalty. Every detail was taken care of with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for what turned out to be an unforgettable rafting experience.

Our guide, Samuel, was absolutely brilliant—knowledgeable, calm, and incredibly fun. Both cameramen captured every exhilarating moment and ensured we had all the video and photo footage transferred to us before we left—an unexpected and much-appreciated touch!

The White Nile itself is a dream—glorious, clean, and powerful. The rapids delivered an unforgettable adrenaline rush, and we found ourselves facing giant waves and dumped in the warm water more than once… which we absolutely loved. It’s hard to describe the thrill of being completely immersed in that river—wild yet welcoming.

What really stood out was the safety crew. They were phenomenal. The moment we surfaced, they were already there—quick, attentive, and reassuring. It made all the difference and allowed us to enjoy every rapid with full confidence.
