A fun hike/climb! The start bit with the blue railing is more difficult than any other part. Very worth it, it's but mentioned as a tourist thing to do very often which is surprising since the 360 view is so great and there's not much in the way of attractions in the area!
It's about 700m up and takes between 10-15 minutes depending on how fast you walk. It's really not kid-friendly kind of hike as by Western standards it's dangerous - there aren't any guard rails and the rocks can be slippery in places.
Note that you must call the town clerk and have a guard/guide take you up for a nominal fee pp or risk a significant fine. The people working around the base of the rock had his phone number and he came within 10 minutes of our call.
