The whole race was pretty good I was put in last place I was ok with that no problem Iâm a good driver I can get past with no issues but the only thing that pissed me off is the employees and the way they was talking to me there was two of them that were talking to me as if I was a kid or something at first I got into the wrong kart cuz I wasnât paying attention and I didnât mean anything but then an employee came to me screaming DID YOU CHECK YOUR NUMBER? I was like bro I didnât even pay attention I guess that was my bad but then I got into my kart and didnât really think much of it and moved on but then the mask they gave us under the helmet was getting in my eyes I was trying to get it away but it was annoying me even more so I said one more lap then Iâm stopping to fix it once I stop close to an employee he immediately started screaming telling me GO GO I donât really care if I get first or last at least I get to experience something like this like why is you screaming at me telling me go go and then I politely said I canât see so he come to me and said donât take off the helmet just fix it then I wasnât paying attention after the way he screamed at me for no reason specially after the fact that another employee screamed at me at first so I was like whatâs going on and my foot was pressing the acceleration lever on accident since I wasnât paying attention that much but it didnât go that far anyway and bro immediately hit my leg to tell me stop and said HEY HEY WHAT YOU DOING STOP Iâm still here and then I did it on accident again and again bc heâs screaming at me more and more telling me whereâs your brain and again I was being very polite and didnât show any sign of disrespect or anything even so he was still screaming at me then he opened my helmetâs shade and was fixing the mask for me with zero respect while pushing my head hard with his hands and then after that incident I just moved on and continued the race even tho I was so pissed of what happened and how disrespectful he was to me btw the first guy was tall and looked Indian and had a triangular face and a bit of a beard but the other guy who hit my leg was a short Asian with a white short beard and he was a bit short too and thatâs literally it aside from the bad and poor employee service everything else was pretty good and it was fun and if I didnât get to see none of the two employees I wouldâve had not written this story so ye Iâm just hoping they get what they deserve bc they really ruined my day I just came to have fun with my friends and even one of my friends said the Asian guy screamed at him too just bc he pushed break a bit hard which made him over steer and accidentally crash into another participant and then he screamed at him HEY HEY WHAT ARE YOU DOING disrespectfully like I donât know what really was the matter with him but I really hope his day gets ruined like he ruined mine this also might be the reason why I wouldnât ever come back to the...
Read moreMy son has been using this karting facility for a few years now, and he absolutely loves it! The track is fantastic, the karts are well-maintained, and the staff are exceptional. The level of service provided here is truly outstanding.
The customer service team inside the air-conditioned area, the safety instructors, and the marshals out on the track in the heatâall of themâare incredibly friendly, approachable, and professional. The racing gear provided, including suits and helmets, is always clean, hygienic, and well-maintained. Additionally, the seating areas for family and friends are very comfortable, and they offer an excellent view of the entire track, making it easy to watch and enjoy the action.
While the facility is already excellent, I have a few suggestions that could enhance the overall experience even further: Track Temperature and Weather Updates: Displaying real-time weather conditions and track temperatures on screens would be helpful for drivers to adjust their driving style accordingly. Water Dispenser: Adding a water dispenser near the track would be convenient for both drivers and spectators, especially during hot days. Virtual Track Practice: Including a virtual track feature on the website where drivers can practice driving the track online before coming in person would be a great addition. Providing tips on entry and exit points for each turn could also excite more enthusiasts and help improve their skills.
Itâs always a pleasure visiting this karting facility, and we look forward to continuing our visits. Keep up the fantastic work throughout the yearâyouâre doing an...
Read moreThe track and the infrastructure were really good, had a nice go karting experience for the first half of the 10mins, until my kart got stuck upon hitting the perimeter during a turn. I was still cheery and laughing at myself for what had happened as I waited for one of the staff to assist me. First of all, they took at least two minutes to notice that my kart was stuck, I kept waving and raising my hand (I know it was 2 minutes as my race mates completed two laps around me meanwhile as I waited). Even so, it was alright, I saw one of the staff approaching me in his go kart to turn mine around and start it. I smiled and apologised for the inconvenience, but he didnât even crack a smile. Instead he seemed angry and irritated that he had to come all the way out in the track to help me. His exact words were âWhy did you even apply break in this turn, it wasnât needed. Just drive slowly from now on.â in a very condescending manner. I was shocked to hear this from what is supposed to be a place of fun and adventure. Nobody who visits is a professional racer and it is his job to assist those who get stuck. I was very upset with his reaction and drove very slowly for the rest of the race just scared of getting stuck and I did not want to call for help and have him scold me again. Just that one interaction ruined my gokart experience here. Please ensure that your staff is polite and helpful to novice gokarters! We canât all be professional racers, some of us might need help and it is unacceptable to be spoken...
