Mamma Rossella — Restaurant in Abu Dhabi

Our family decided to visit this restaurant. We ordered pizza, Caesar salad, Bolognese, and lasagna. Unfortunately, we waited for our food for over an hour. When we began to raise concerns, we were simply told to wait, but no one came to follow up. The only item we received during that time was the shrimp.

Eventually, after speaking with the manager, our food was brought out immediately.

The service was disappointing — two waiters heard our requests to check on the order but did not make any effort to investigate or assist.

Thanks to the manager, the situation was resolved quickly, and our food finally arrived.

It was truly one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had. The service was poor, the ordering process was disorganized, and the food quality was below expectations. I ordered my meal online and waited for over 30 minutes, only to find out later—after going to check in person—that my order had been completely forgotten because it was placed online. This explanation was unacceptable. When the food finally arrived, the pasta was cold, the drinks were warm, and the prices were unreasonably high.
