Appreciation for Outstanding Assistance
Hello,
I would like to share an experience I had on Friday at the club, which truly highlighted the care and sense of community here. As a long-standing member, I consider this place my second home, largely due to the warm environment and exceptional support I always receive.
On this particular day, I encountered an issue with my car battery—it wouldn’t start. Being 8 months pregnant and with the weather being extremely hot, I found myself in a difficult situation. I saw a lady passing by, and I asked her for help. In less than five minutes, she returned with her colleague from the maintenance team, and they arrived with a gulf car to assist me.
Thanks to Matter and Cristal from the Maintenance team, who not only helped recharge my battery but also ensured that I didn’t have to exert myself at all, my car was back up and running in no time, and I was able to get home safely. Their kindness and efficiency truly made a difference, and I believe their efforts deserve recognition.
Thank you once again, Matter...
Read moreWill share my experience in Sharjah Ladies club. First of all the memberships are not cheap. One month-1470aed. One year-5827aed and 6 months around 4k. And these are things which is included- indoor pool (not big), some group classes, gym and beach. The most interesting group classes you will have to pay extra, like: reformer pilates, underwater cycling in the pool and etc. The big Olympic pool you can’t use unless you pay extra or take private lessons. The sea water pool you can’t use unless you pay extra, the gym massage roller also extra charge 30 mins-100 aed! So I felt like wherever I go I will have to pay extra, Don’t forget the fact how much is membership cost! Before I moved to Sharjah side I used to go to talise ottoman spa-it is the most beautiful spa in the world and what you see inside you can use everything without paying extra (monthly membership cost 500aed only) (that’s not an ad!) plus Sharjah ladies club needs renovation, looks like they built the complex...

There have been a lot of changes in the last few months, and to be honest, I'm not as satisfied as I was before. The schedule is constantly changing, and a high-class gym needs to focus on customer satisfaction. It is not convenient to rearrange our routines on a monthly basis, and you need to take into account that there are working mothers, young girls who attend college or school, and mothers of young children. Our favorite classes are regularly dropped from the schedule and are not replaced; they are dropped importantly with the coaches we like. When changes first occurred, feedback was requested, and the response was that "we are changing for the better and we want to show you," but as time has passed, the level of satisfaction...
