I’ve been a loyal visitor to this club for years and always enjoyed dining at the restaurant — especially the Angus Beef Burger, which used to be one of my favorites.
Unfortunately, today’s experience was extremely disappointing. I ordered 5 main course meals, including three Angus Beef Burgers, and the quality was shockingly poor for the burgers. The meat was dry, chewy, and had a burnt oil taste that made me feel sick. I genuinely lost my appetite and felt disgusted. One of the meals was returned and replaced, I refused the second, and in the third, the person only ate the bun and sides — the beef was left untouched and eventually thrown away.
I did share my feedback with the staff, who were polite and said they would inform the chef. She also offered a discount at the spa or salon, but honestly, that didn’t make up for the experience. At AED 58 per burger total bill is more 235 dhs, I expected much better.

Read moreI came here hoping to enjoy a relaxing day at the beach, but unfortunately, the experience was incredibly disappointing. To start, I wasn’t even allowed to access the restaurant after coming for the beach, which made the visit feel unwelcoming from the start.
When we finally got seated, the service was extremely poor. We had to go after the waiter just to place our order, as no one seemed interested in attending to the tables. It felt like we were being ignored the entire time.
As for the food, the quality was very low, and unfortunately, they don’t allow any outside food – so we had no choice but to eat what they served. For a place that restricts outside options, you would expect much better food and service .

The food in general is mediocre, nothing esquisite, but the French toast was appalling. It was a "make-shift" french toast that arrived cold and looked more like a cake of anything.
I couldn't eat it, and I told them I'd like to cancel the order, which was met with defensiveness and me having to explain and defend my reasons. I clearly took less than a bite and confirmed that it was not for me. That should be the end of the story. However, I felt ganged up on by multiple staff putting me under undue stress. They wanted to force me to pay for something I didn't want to eat. I never felt more embarrassed and undermined by a restaurant in my life.
