don't make a mistake and sign with them, if you want to run all the times tuning after them then good luck.. They have poor skilled teams mainly in AC and electricity. Horrible coordination special if you are unlucky and have your contract managed by Bijou or Josepg then expect lot of waiting hours at home to get their team to come to your place. I read the other comments which none of them really described why they are really happy .. Most important thing in maintenance company is the reliability and skills of team's who are sent to repaire and maintain your property.. Their marketing is more efficient than their technical teams unfortunately. They are good to catch you but then welcome to the frustration and long minutes talking on the phone or waiting a call back. Don't buy spare part from them as they are margin 100% to 400% of real price which I had to discover for my 2 water heater that they charger me twice the price for same reference of product and I they sent me quotation for ceiling access panel 4 times the price outside and they don't warranty the spare part they provide you even when it is brand new as they say it's their policy !!! Strange policy.. I never seen in my life any vendors selling brand new equipment with zero day warranty !! also Don't take facade cleaning or pest control as they subcontract it to the first cheapest company which I had to experience unfortunately, they had to comeback 2 times to clean the facade and 3 times for the pest control.. I regret signing with them and strongly don't recommended you to sign with them unless if you have time to waste on the phone and have strong nerves. They don't care about whatever you say because they know you will not renew if you are not happy and they absolutely don't care neither about you as a customer neither by your satisfaction. And don't use their online payment system as it is not standard and could be not secure as they don't use the regular bank platforms. Whatever you say or complain to managment they will answer saying we investigate and our team confirm they did the job as per their process but giving such empty answers they should investigate why customers are not happy knowing that employee will always say I did my job etc.. Read moreTheir service is not bad, the teams are good - they have a good painting and handyman team, they normally arrive on time and send a supervisor, polite customer service, so overall they are ok, however, the suppliers they work with don't seem to be good. 5 months ago I bought and replaced my AC compressor, cost 1459 AED, and in 5 months that same compressor is damaged, leaving me without AC for a week in the still summer. They told me there's no warranty but that they managed to get a "discount", and that I would "only" have to pay again for the same brand and same compressor - 1350 AED. Seems like a joke right? I find it completely unacceptable that they don't give warranty on the pieces they recommend, buy and install, especially when they break in such short period of time. They should take responsibility for their work. Their annual maintenance contract is also expensive - 6500 AED / year - and adding the fact that you have no warranty and no guarantee of anything, you have the risk of paying the same thing over and over again, in my case, in 5 months. I've obviously discontinued the maintenance contract and found another supplier (with warranty) to fix the compressor. 99% of legal hardware suppliers in UAE follow a 12 month warranty rule and is unacceptable that they work with suppliers that apparently don't, obviously it's risk to buy and invest such amounts without any type of security, and I wouldn't recommend FixExperts because they can't be trusted on what they install.
P.S. - You should already have my contact details as I made complaint of this issue several times and nothing was solved so please don't pretend that you are interested in solving anything just because this is a public google review. If you wanted to solve, it would be solved already. Read moreI called fixperts team because there was a water leakage in the bathroom ceiling. They asked for 300 AED + VAT for first visit and said that parts if necessary will be charged separately. The team came and discovered that the AC had a minor issue that they fixed by pumping air into the one of the drainage tubes which took less than 15 minutes, and they advised that one of the spotlights and its holder are damaged because of the water leakage. The team told me a separate quotation for the parts will be provided. The fixperts then texted me asking for 420 AED to replace one spotlights and its holder! When I asked for itemization they said that the spotlight and its holder is for 50 and the remaining is for installation, 50 AED for supervision and 300 AED for installation again. I said this is not reasonable, and and they kept arguing that they need to dispatch a new team and it is a NEW issue different than AC issue so I need to pay the 300 AED again. I called and ask for management and after 3 calls they finally agreed to give me a total discounted price for 250 AED instead of 420 AED just to replace the spotlight and its holder. I agreed to pay because I did not want to ask a new company to come assess and replace for such a minor issue. They eventually sent the same team to fix the very minor issue. It cost me a total of 550 AED for fixperts team to pump air into a tube and replace a spotlight. While team did their job in fixing, I do not recommend Fixperts as they are too commercial, unreasonable, and other companies offer a cheaper assessment visit and they even deduct the assessment cost from...
