ย ย ย Read moreHAD BAD EXPERIENCE! This was one of our favorite spot were in we family and friends get together and do BBQ's. But recently in our last two visits we had very bad experience which i felt like need to be reported as a review.
First time when we friend planned for a BBQ night as usually we reach there a bit early to spot a good place tidy and enough light. So had spot where in we had a public lamp post and a BBQ space as well. But unfortunately that lamp never lit up. So the whole time we managed with mobile light and a emergency lamp we had carried.
Second time again we planned for a BBQ night with family and friends and spot a different space again with public lamp post, expecting the light this time. But unfortunately this time also the lamp post was just a dummy post which was not working at all.
So this time we serious called up the management / Maintenance number for which we had no response, though we called from at least four mobile numbers.
Then we found a person who was working there to collect and organize the garbage. We asked him to rectify or notify the concerned people. And he replied that even he had taken photo and sent to the maintenance team and there is no response to him as well.
I don't know whether the department or management really consider these kind of requests or issues and respond to it or is it for name sake these numbers are shared in the site. Anyway i or in fact we all a group of 30 people felt vey bad and cursing the management team.
I would really request the management team to look into these kind of issue and rectify it. Because these kind of experiences spread really fast as a word of mount and affect the reputation of the park as well as the management.
THANKS IF IN CASE YOU REALLY LOOK INTO THIS REVIEW...
