The Bridge of Dee, in Ruthrieston (Aberdeen) is an beautiful 1527 road structure. It is still in use today. The bridge has a very narrow path for pedestian (so be careful), but has a few out bumps, so you can let someone pass by and continue on. The best view of the bridge is from the lower river side park (on the northern embankment) or Bridge of Dee Park on the southern side. The River Dee passes beneath.

A historic structure with picturesque views of the flowing river. It blends charm with functionality. It's a peaceful spot for photography and enjoying the serene natural surroundings.

Love to feed the Brig o Dee crow murder. The daffodils in full bloom along the river makes it perfect for walks and photography. And on a fine day even a picnic. I love it.

Stunning views. Worthwhile checking the history of The Dee. Parking is a nightmare as uni students park there but free .. just beware of the double yellows though. Really good walk. A lot of people with their dogs and children go here. Can take you up to the old graveyard and Duthie Park. Other way .. you can go to Sainsburys or Asda . No facilities here so handy supermarkets...

Bit of a strange place to enquire about, but here we go. It's one of two access points to Aberdeen from the south. This is the more commercial one, the other is industrial. Shops available are Boots, Currys, B&Q Sainsburys and Asda. Both supermarkets have fuel stations. The Asda is the biggest in the city. Also, you can take a really nice walk along the banks of...
