The bridge is fairly interesting, if swing bridges are your thing. The pub is nice. There is a place for putting your kayak in, upstream of the bridge, which is why I was there. It's 4.5 miles upstream to the Anderton boat lift, quite an easy paddle. River is wide, one lock, no rapids in...
