Conifer Lake — Attraction in Allerthorpe

Fished today 5th June . WOW what a fishing venue!Upon arriving one of the people staying in a lodge went to get the man who looks after the fishing ,as we hadn't got change to put in the envelopes to pay for the fishing.He was amazing ,he advised us which pegs to fish as it was our first visit, and what was the best bait.All three of us had a fantastic day!We caught all day long. I personally had 26 carp,14 roach,2 tench,2 bream,1ide.In weight my total would be about 30 pounds plus.I would recommend this fishing venue.The venue is excellent, well maintained,pegs are generous and clean and tidy.The people on site are extremely friendly and helpful.Top class fishing.Can,t wait...
