Right by the harbour and used by fishermen now for storage. The nearby car park is free (with ticket) for the first hour which is time enough to visit, and to walk on the beach as well. There are information boards and around the harbour are benches. You'll find many of these lime kilns along the Northumberland coast. The one on Lindisfarne is more impressive though.

Nice Limekilns on the Northumberland coast. Nice information board. There is not much to the actual kiln. As you would expect no toilets. We walked here along the coast so not sure about parking near by. The views are stunning of the sky/coast if you catch it at the right time of day. It's a nice interest point on a great coastal walk. Would recommend a stop by.

What an amazing size of a Killin, it must have produced a great amount of Limestone to justify its size....

Stunning views for photographers and sightseers with the lime kilns and harbour providing lots of interest. The usual stunning Northumberland sandy beach. Easily accessible even if like my parents you aren't too steady on your pins. Loads of free parking and reasonable WC facilities. Storage container food outlet set up in car park and a decent icecream van on the day...

The Lime Kilns are now used by fishermen for storage and benches, they form part of the Harbour. Reachable from the beach and through the village, but not by car. Views of Beadnell bay and in the distance Dunstanburgh castle, which you can walk to if you feel energetic. A small marina is next to the harbour with a few private boats. Short walk to free parking and...
