we visited sunday 4th sept 2016 the outside was good to look and and all seemed well maintained, a notice invited us to enter via a side door as work was in progress on main door, we were instantly welcomed by two ladies who quickly offered us a cup of tea. one lady went to make tea and the other gave us a potted history of church showing us the hall next door and revealing what the windows were. we both found it very interesting having passed by several times but not going in, i recommend you to enter it if it is open. the tea and chocolate biscuits were good and free, but we...
Read moreWe popped into here as the heavens had opened (very apt) and noticed the 'Church Open' sign. We've actually walked past many times and wanted to see inside after taking photographs of 'The White Church'.
The interior is breathtaking, very traditional and the stained glass windows are amazing - credit goes to those who take care of this wonderful building.
