Lucy and Vicky, trying to capture in words just how incredible and welcoming you both were throughout the entire journey of our wedding feels almost impossible. From the initial planning stages right through to the day itself, your attention to detail and genuine care were so evident and remarked upon by so many of our guests. Both Matthew and I found the whole experience to be remarkably relaxing and smooth, something we feel incredibly fortunate to say, knowing how wedding planning can often be quite stressful. This ease was almost entirely down to having such a fantastic team that truly made Mount Ephraim feel like a home away from home for the entire wedding weekend.

Now, a month on, as we've had time to process and reflect on everything, we're filled with such fondness and deep appreciation for everything your amazing team delivered. It truly was the best day of our lives, a memory we will cherish forever. Having Lucy pop into the bridal suite on the morning of my wedding was such a lovely and personal moment that I'll always remember. And Vicky, well, you were nothing short of superwoman! Your ability to orchestrate and make everything run so effortlessly smooth, all while maintaining such a warm smile and being so incredibly kind and lovely, was truly astounding. The pictures Vicky captured in her own time, amidst the hustle and bustle of it all, are some of our absolute favourite photos and will definitely have pride of place in our wedding album and frames throughout our home!

It truly feels bittersweet that the event is now over, but the comfort of knowing that when we return to Mount Ephraim, myself, Matthew, and our dog Milo will be so warmly welcomed by our wonderful friends there means the world to us. Thank you both, and your entire team, from the bottom of our hearts, for everything.

Our family of 12 recently had the privilege of staying at this stunning property, and it was truly an unforgettable experience. The house itself is a perfect blend of charm and comfort, offering a unique taste of traditional English living. With six beautifully furnished bedrooms, three well-maintained toilets, and a spacious kitchen that became the heart of our stay, this place exceeded all our expectations.

The additional amenities, such as the pool table, provided endless entertainment for our group, creating memories we will cherish for years to come. Every corner of the house seemed to have been designed with thoughtfulness and care, ensuring both comfort and character.

Lucy went above and beyond to make sure our stay was seamless, sending us helpful emails in advance and promptly addressing all our questions with warmth and professionalism.

We got married at Mount Ephraim on the early May bank holiday weekend in 2024 and it really was perfect. Lucy and Amy were absolutely amazing from the day we viewed the venue right up until after the wedding. The whole day ran perfectly and we can’t thank them enough for this. They really did take care of us and ensured everything ran smoothly for us, our guests and all of our suppliers. All of the rooms are absolutely stunning and had such a beautiful feel to them and having the house to ourselves felt so intimate and special.

The house and gardens are absolutely beautiful and it was lovely to be able to stay over the two nights and share the grounds with our family and friends.

The catering company who Mount Ephraim work with, Scott Anderson, were amazing and all of guests commented on how lovely the food was.
