Play Towers — Attraction in Boston

We love visiting playtowers, it's great for tiring out the kids when the weather isn't so great outside. Staff have always been friendly and food is readily available too, we visit multiple times regularly.

The only suggestions I have for improvement are that it could be a little more secure- so to get out of the play area you have to ring a doorbell and wait for staff to let you out ,which is fine. But I think to add that little more security it would be better to record the adult and children's names to make sure they are leaving with the correct person rather than just opening the door. Other indoor soft play areas we've visited have this procedure so it always surprises me that it isn't done here, and I sometimes have foster children in my presence so we often have to be extra cautious with the whereabouts of those and that they only leave with us.. (which can sometimes be difficult when they're running all round the inside of play equipment) . Also toilet facilities are outside of playtowers, and in the main part...

We normally love coming to this play area but it was so dirty and smelled so bad this time. There was rubbish and balls of thick dust all around the edges of the under 4 play area (most noticeable around the outside of the ball pit) and the entire under 4 area was covered in thick black grime. My childrens hands were actually filthy after their play today. And worst of all there was a really sharp, pungent rotting smell coming from within the area. One member of staff was asked by another parent to clean one of the small soft slides as it was so covered in something sticky and smelly. We waited over an hour for food which was so over cooked we couldn't eat it -it was like eating rocks.

It is an awful shame and we won't be in a hurry to...

Positive points: Great for kids to run riot. Negative points: Dirty, needs a good scrub. DAILY Toilets badly need updating. Managers and staff need training in hospitality. Especially when having kids parties. No dedicated party host as stated to help with the party only one kid (bless him) doing it while other staff members stood around talking!!! Where is the Teamwork!!!! Party food ok but need more staff to help with serving 15 kids!!! parents shouldn't have to do it that is supposed to be included in the price!!!
