I was invited to take my son to this park to do a junior park run one Sunday morning. It would be our first time visiting, and I must say it was worth it. This park is much bigger than Horton Park beautifully designed. It's a fantastic place to take your kids and dogs. It's got 2 play areas for kids. One that is open, made from logs with a sipline, and the other enclosed for the smaller kids. It has an amazing garden and a huge pond home to white and grey swans. The pond is lovely to walk around with your dogs and enjoy the scenery. Parking may be an issue depending on when you attend. Most people park on the road park side. Really recommend visiting this place on...

Beautiful park. Lovely lake and nice pond. There are a lot of different areas for the kids to play, one bit with a zip wire and climbing trim trail. A small climbing wall and a fenced playground. There are lots of paths for walking and people seem to like visiting with their dogs. There are picnic areas and plenty of places to sit relaxing looking over the water. The park is very scenic with lots of different types of trees, autumn is absolutely beautiful, but all other seasons are also nice. Lots of birds on the lake. Great place to visit.

Update: still gorgeous, even in the frost. + sensory garden which I'm sure is...

Quite the hidden jewel, really nice open space, a small pond at the top of the park and a fantastic lake at the bottom. There's ducks, geese and other types of water fowl. The pair of swans have 7 cygnets this year which are brilliant to watch. The park has lovey walk around the lake as well as other winding their way through the park. A small play area for kids, there's plenty of benches and picnic tables dotted around the place as well as bins. Great place for walking yours dog, entertaining the kids or just having a stroll. Well...

Harold Park is a lovely public park. It covers a good area with scenic green spaces, a duck pond, playgrounds, and paths ideal for walking or jogging. It’s popular among locals for leisurely strolls, picnics, and spending time outdoors. The park also hosts various events, making it a lively spot in the community. Established in the Victorian era, Harold Park has a bit of history, too, with well-preserved gardens and some historical features. It’s a great spot for families and anyone looking to enjoy a peaceful day surrounded by nature.
