We had a lovely visit to the windmill. We were greeted by a lovely lady who was very helpful with the history of the building. For £2.50 it was a treat,you have to climb wooden stairs 4 or 5 floors and climb down backwards but easy to do. Read moreWe took our granddaughter to see father Christmas and visit the windmill for the very first time. The volunteers who gave up there free time were fabulous and very proud of the windmill. It's certainly worth a visit there's a café with home made food and cakes. Children will love it .climbing up the stairs inside the mill .Beware the steps leeding up to each floor are quite steep...
