I'd been wanting to visit here for a long time and today was NOT a disappointment. Approached from the sports center as the gated entrance is very awkward and to my mind not exactly safe. The lake is beautiful and has lovely water lollies. There were quite a few ducks and other birds I wasn't quite sure about. There was also a beautiful white Swan looking majestic at the water's edge. Plenty of places to sit...

Love to walk around here and spend an evening watching the water, its quiet most of the time and at times can be a magnet for unwanted behaviour but its always clean ,tidy and easily accessible for all, has disabled spaces for fishing points,ample parking. A bit over grown with weeds in the loch so hard for fishing to be done...
