The Italian Job — Restaurant in Breckland District

Absolutely awful! I ordered something off the menu that listed all contained ingredients and it turns up with cheese on it, which was not listed (I can't eat cheese). I called up to tell them and they were really blunt on the phone. They ended up sending out another without cheese but then requested for the old one back on arrival (which they didn't say on the phone). I told the guy that I had put it in the bin and he still requested it back, even when I contested my concern due to COVID (and it literally being in a bin). I fished it out of my kitchen bin for him and gave it back, so extremely concerned that someone's eating food from my bin - why else would they want it back, other than just being plain difficult... also I didn't even end up eating the replacement meal because after the way they acted, I was a bit concerned it wasn't made with the best hygiene. Poor quality and customer service. The food is really overpriced for what you get and very greasy, as the food is done in the deep-fat frier for speed. You definitely pay for the location, rather than the food. Would not recommend eating there. The doors were wide open and people were smoking right next to the door. I think that's illegal and smokers have to be a certain distance from the premises entrance - but I'm not sure. In any case the smoke was wafting in whilst we were eating and it was disgusting. We have used u in the past for pizza and was really nice but tonight we ordered chicken kebab and donner kebab bacon filet burger cheese and tomato pizza and 4 cheesy chips have to say its the smallest worst kebab we have ever had 6 slices of donner meat for a donner kebab with the smallest chips which my 6 year old ate and recken he is still hungry just shows how small it was the cheesy chips if that's what u would call them spot the cheese the chicken kebab was spicy chicken when ordered chicken shish kebabs and very small have to say the only thing worth having was the pizza very disappointing sorry to say won't be ordering...
