I drive down this road every now and then and never actually noticed this until cycling past today, clearly well looked after and definitely worth stoping for a walk up to the tower.

A small friendly place definitely worth a visit. Much work has been done on the tower and to make an area for refreshments. It's best to visit the website and plan a visit when there's an open day. Parking is in nearby streets. Close by in woodland is the location of the former Bramcote...

This is a hidden historical gem. Not huge, but very well restored and displayed. A good venue for small drama and music performances, or just a place to sit in quiet. Tours available at published times. Toilet and kitchen on site for events. Check opening times...
