Awful Hygiene, poor health and safety, Baby area in need of repair and limited apace and items. Shocked by how the balls were picked up of the floor by staff. The worst thing was the staff member walking around scooping up balls by brushing the floor and the balls from the ballpit and then just tipping it into the ballpit. We couldnt believe it, and then thought it might be solely for the balls, nope the dirt and food of the floor was scooped up in it too and after. With babies including ours who not only play in these ball areas they have a habit on putting in their we were mortified. The lady had no shame in doing it in front of us. If it wasnt poor enough at this point we took some photos of issues and left as think parents should nobthe hygiene is poor the staff member did that knowing we were there. I honestly dont recommend you take babies so many cleaner plaves and less risks. Also from the start...we went in. Its probably the worst I have been to for a baby area locally. Toys were not working, dirty and broken. The wall area was damaged and taped up but all momoved around (surely with babies its nest to remove). Whilst my son was in there (10mths) he picked up plastic wrappers and also a broken plastic glasses which had sharp bits. The area on floor had build uup of dust and dirt so do not think this is just from a day. I went an ordered food and told 30min wait. Checked to see if any snacks for babies instead as lunch time but nothing available. From what we saw and experienced, babys should not even have to pay at all and if anything the baby area is not fit for purpose. Food also expensive for what it is (i had brownie, friend brought hot food and the hot drink alone was justshort of £5! You pay for adult entry too.

Had my daughter's fourth birthday party here this weekend and it was amazing! The place is immaculately clean, activities for young children from babies to toddles and 5 year olds. The soft play is brilliant with lots of activities. The food provided was well received and the prices for drinks were very reasonable. The party was setup before we arrived, our party host Grace was exceptional as were the other members of staff. Literally took all the stress out of things for my wife and I. I can't recommend the Beach Hut highly enough, the best party our daughter has had yet. Amazing!

Absolutely fantastic place! I have now been to a few Birthday parties here with my Daughter (age four) and she never wants to leave. The staff are all polite and friendly, and The Beach Hut is always spotless with regard to cleanliness. Highly recommended.

Absolutely amazing exclusive party experience delivered by The Beach Hut for my child’s Birthday Party on Saturday 24th February 2024. Brandon and the team of young ladies who worked alongside him on my child’s party were brilliant from start to finish, they were attentive, caring, bubbly, friendly and went above and beyond in helping us set up his party, it looked fantastic when we walked in and throughout the party Brandon and the team were on hand and were on the ball. They kept me well informed of the structure of the party and it all ran so smoothly, I put this down to their hard work and dedication on the day. The staff including Brandon were also extremely helpful and caring over the phone in the lead up to the party, nothing was too much trouble, Brandon as the party host made my child’s birthday party and made my child feel like the star of the show. I stupidly booked an exclusive party last year at Frankie & Lola’s soft play centre in Walsall town centre which was the worst decision, should have come to The Beach Hut. I am so happy to have had such a positive party experience after such a negative one at frankie & Lola’s. Anyone considering a party here should go ahead and book it, I’m sure you won’t be dissapointed ☺️ Thanks Brandon & the team -...

I’ve been here 5-times. And I would like to tell you what it’s like…except we’ve been turned away every time.

We turned up twice unannounced when some parties were on. Fair enough but compared to other soft plays with dedicated party days, this was annoying that they can just happen randomly. We even rang up for the second visit and no one would answer.

We learnt our lesson and checked the website for opening times on the third visit. We turned up and the place was closed do🤷‍♂️

Fourth time, we rang ahead and was told, “Yes, we’re open”. Turned up and a private party was on! Was then told, “Yes, we’re open, but you didn’t ask if a party was on” 🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️🤦‍♂️

It’s now Christmas time and, on a whim, we’ve had family visit who wanted to try a soft plays for the kids. I didn’t want to after last experiences but it’s the most conveniently placed soft play for everyone.

My wife checked the website and it said it was open for another two hours.

Turned up and it was closing! Staff were unhelpful and laughed when we said the website had a later closing time, “Not today, it doesn’t”.

It takes a lot for me to leave a bad review but here we are.

Don’t waste your time. There are other soft plays around that not only let you in but where the staff are...
