We came for my sons 7th birthday as we have a tradition of doing a new bounce park every year, we have been to, ibounce, bounce below, hangar 5, oxygen and more, but unfortunately, this is the only one that seems to actively suck the fun out of it, which was really disappointing. At each one, there has always been a relaxed atmosphere, an area for trampoline dodgeball, or an area for ball throwing at targets, or an area with a soft landing pit, just somewhere the entire family can play and interact together, we have always had so much fun and leave red faced and sweaty, however, this was just frustrating, we even left early as none of us were having fun under the eye of the patrolling staff, the only thing adults can do with kids, is stand on the trampoline next to them and bounce seperately. Even the inflatable assault course has multiple staff and we werent allowed to go around together, no rough play with your children. Everything is so regimented, there is no freedom to enjoy like EVERY other bounce park we have ever been to. Have new laws come out in the last year I'm unaware of? Or is it just this place? They seem to know that they aren't great as they actively try to bribe you into leaving a review. Yes, we were told by a lady, who to be fair was lovely, that we would get a pair of socks for free if we left a review and showed it to them before we leave. This is worrying as you then can't trust positive reviews from this place. The only reason we had to buy socks was because they had to be "flipout socks" not my ibounce socks, which ok, it's in their agreement, fine. But we've not had that at any other bounce park, the frustrating part is the socks I had to buy, were worse, I will even attach a photo of the two, you can see how bad flipout ones are. so it's frustrating to have to pay for socks I don't need that do a worse job than socks I'm already wearing. So in short, if you aren't interested in getting involved and you just want to watch your child from the sidelines, and if your child is calm and prefers slow paced stuff, it would be OK, but if you want to get involved and your child wants to have crazy fun, do not come here. Search through the reviews, there are many similar to this.

Unfortunately, after paying 105£ for family of 5 to jump for 2h, we soon realised the stuff is rude and the environment is not safe. Our 3 year old was not allowed on the inflatable (he did go there few times before and was ok), but then one of the stuff members said he is not allowed on it anymore. When I asked why, they answered- he is not listening to the stuff (yeah, he is a 3 year old), even when we parents were looking after him and being stressed out to catch him so doesn’t go to the places he was not allowed. There was also a closed area which was not safe enough, any kid could jump on a broken trampoline and get hurt. (My 3 year old got on it, it was a matter of seconds, even with us parents not getting eyes off him). We left the place stressed out, annoyed and felt like we have wasted loads of money for nothing. It should be safe environment for everyone, but it wasn’t, staff was rude (2 of them especially). Would not recommend.

Great place to wear out the kids and a free drink for spectating adults at a cost of £2.50 The art work on the walls with bright colours and the dimmed lighting makes the place look great. There is a cafe with an elevated seating area so you can chill with your coffee and keep an eye in your kids at the same time. We booked the early bird slot for 9 o’clock, my only disappointment was that they didn’t serve hot food at that time of day and the young lad serving was not very helpful at all. Just fancied a bacon roll or something.

I’m sorry that I must complain about a visit, but I was disappointed with what happened today at Chichester Flip Out.

I visited the website and booked online for 6pm. It said to pay a ‘spectators fee’ and that I’d get a free drink in the cafe/pizzeria.

My kids are actually 12+ so I wasn’t required to stay with them. However, the website showed Diablo Cafe/Pizzeria where it says we can get food and drink. I said to my kids I’d wait for them and have some food in the cafe as I hadn’t eaten today so I paid the fee to access the cafe.

When I entered and went to the cafe it was closed… “sorry we are closing early today, no food and only serving drinks until 6.15”

I said that’s OK I’ll go somewhere else and grab something, although a bit disappointed, it’s only a slight annoyance.

But I’d just paid £3 to access this “pizzeria/cafe” so I went to reception to ask for a refund of the £3

I was very surprised when the manager was then patronising me and said this fee is only to get in the building and essentially making me feel wrong for asking.

I said yes, it is to enter to building, but upon entry I discovered the “attractions” I’d paid to access were closed and so I’d like a refund as I’ve just walked straight out again.

The website also clearly states in the description of ticket purchase “Access to all attractions” and when you click the Attractions link it shows the Cafe/Pizzeria

Therefore, this is not as described or advertised. Under the Supply of Goods and Services Act 1982, I am entitled to a refund because it wasn’t as described and I didn’t get what I’d paid for. I didn’t ask for tickets or anything outrageous, just the £3 I’d paid to access a closed cafe…

To be honest, the £3 wasn’t even worth my time and effort to continue arguing with the abrasive manager. I said to just keep my £3 and left. I went to McDonalds around the corner, grabbed a bite and waited in the car park

My children then came out 20 minutes later, with my daughter saying she’d hurt herself. I asked if there was any staff on duty to check on her, and she no one was around… and they just wanted to go home. That was only 30 minutes into their session. So it cost me more than £1 a minute for 2 kids to be in there 🫣

They were also told to queue up against the wall and someone would call them when their session started… but no one came, so some of the start was wasted too.

We probably won’t come back again but thought you might like to know about the experience so you can improve service for future

I know I am not in the wrong to ask for my £3 back and the way it was handled made me feel very upset.

Thanks for taking time to...

Very disappointed, Dangerous place and poor attention to detail.

I came in mainly for the foam pit but kept being told I can't use it as staff were busy and on breaks. I had to wait about 45minutes to finally get a go on the foam pit but to have 2 goes and it was closed again. It did eventually open properly but started to get a little frustrated and bored waiting.

Secondly, I have come to flip out 3 times and each time a spring has broken on me. I am not a overweight super heavy guy, and most of the time was not even bouncing high, but yet they still broke. No other trampoline parks springs snap that easily wether I'm jumping super high or not. 1 incident when I fell backwards off a wall and landed on my back, a spring snapped and shot straight into my leg very high up. I was in alot of pain and was hunched over in pain, but was asked to jump of the trampoline so they can have a look at the spring, never asked me if I was OK or needed first aid. Throughout the whole time I was there I was never asked if I was OK, until I spoke to the manager and let him know. But if it was a little kid he more then likely would be asked. This is a serious incident as when a spring snaps it becomes razor sharp. If this was to go sharp side into my leg or any where else into my body I could of been seriously hurt. There was a high chance for it to hit me in the head. I have been bruised badly and bled under the skin where I was hit but won't attatch a picture as it is about an inch from a privates.

Also, the padding is very rubbish and hurts to land on. It is so thin that it would not protect me from a hard hit at all. Others agreed with me and other staff aswell. In some spots the padding inside has spread out and there is no padding protecting the springs or the frame.

In the street section, some of the trampolines for example the one with red stripes are so warped, that when I was jumping on them, they threw me around alot and making me fall it did almost cause me to have another accident which I have had in the past.

There was also bits of water everywhere which didn't seem safe.

Overall I was disappointed with my bounce session today and wouldn't recommend it to anyone. The layout and courses you have are very exciting but just don't seem to have been done properly, and be to dangerous. I emailed them aswell and have had no reply in a mo th so let's see if they will reply to this now...
