My 7 year old daughter suffered a neck injury on the bumper cars because the man who was running the ride didn't ensure the seat belt was on correctly. The incident happened where my daughter was whiplashed due to a poorly fitted seatbelt and my daughter immediately stopped driving the car and was screaming in pain due to her neck being ripped by the belt... nothing happened for some time and she was being continuously bumped into by other riders. The man that was supervising the ride didnt attend my to daughter when the injury occured and only when my partner stepped in, in shock and horror that nothing was being done to ensure her safety did he then came over to my daughter and then shouted at her saying he told her how to put the seat belt on the last time she went on the ride. Obviously this man doesn't care about the safety precautions that need to be taken before a ride commences. It has transpired that multiple children suffered the same injury that day, at least 4 cases. This photo was taken 24 hours after the incident that occurred yesterday. See attached

STAY CLEAR!!!!! The caterpillar ride which was the highest ride there, the safety bar didn't work so had to hold my little one tightly. And they messed with the speed after first time round making it go faster ,felt unsafe. Kids ride half working or kept breaking down. The slide don't allow you to slide . You get stuck and have to drag yourself down.Bumper cars which driver is ment to be 16 and over wasn't and kept smashing into us which cause my daughter to bite her lip and cut it. No first aid .Everything was a little misfit. If I was health and safety I'd shut it down. No wonder why when you buy a pass it say no refund in big writing , as that's what I would of asked for.

This is in the holiday park with easy access. For £15 you get unlimited rides which is from 11:00 to 17:00 as long as you keep rotating rides and not expecting to just stay on one. We have a 14, 11 and 8 year old and there was plenty to do for all of them, getting on most things together. The big thing for us was how incredibly nice the staff were with the kids, it makes a big difference to the excitement of the ride if the operator is welcoming and also having a good time. Also the up keep was great with staff constantly sweeping and picking up rubbish left around. Refreshing change to your usual holiday park fairs. We had a really good day.

We paid £15 per child and £15 for 1 adult to have unlimited rides, me and my wife paid £20 for 8 ride passes so either of us could ride, £65 for all of us which I feel is a little steep for the quality of the rides on offer and the system they run. There’s around 14 rides, only half of those were suitable for 5-7 year olds, most of the rides I remember riding when I was a similar age and I’m now almost 40 so needs some updating imo. They’ve got this thing about not re riding (if really busy and there are queues I get it, the place was dead the day we went) and having to change from one ride to another, also it wasn’t that busy so they were reluctant to run the rides unless half full which was tricky when only 10 people there, then they have about 6 staff so you have to wait for them to get to operate the ride you want to go on. This makes it a bit tricky when the kids only really want to ride the dodgems and it takes around 30mins to ride them 2 times. Not great.

The guy in the booth who I assume is the boos seems friendly however from being there a good part of the day he micromanages everyone and everything, even to the point of telling off one staff member for wiping table because he was meant to be sweeping the floor!

Come here quite often as live fairly close by and always find it good value for money £10 unlimited 12-5. Came here today and the staff were friendly as normal but it was really understaffed, 1 young lad expected to take care of 3 rides is ridiculous! he was doing a great job considering how much he had to do, It was really hot and he had to run the rides to get them going and was doing this everytime!! There were a number of rides that were being run by only 1 person on the other side aswell. It wasn't Overly busy but still had to wait for some rides because 1 person can't do everything at once and is not the staffs fault at all but it was busy enough to expect a staff member on each ride or at least around to help out and monitor. Your staff are a credit to that fair and should be praised for it! Its just a shame that management or whoever is in charge make sure that all the rides are staffed properly and make sure the rides at least work without needing to be manually pushed to get them going because seeing that doesnt inspire...
