2 stars because the grounds and caravans are genuinely very well looked after. But as for the staff or should I say lack there off. I wanted some general information about travel to the asda so we could get some supplies for the 4 days we were there. I was greeted at the reception window by an incredibly rude young girl saying there are no buses and she doesn't know where we can get one. She actually knew nothing about anything to do with the park even asked why don't we just walk! (Asda is a couple miles away I was with my baby and disabled mother. This is what we were greeted with! Muttering under her breath and sighing. I was incredibly shocked by this. None of the food places are open in the day time. You will struggle to find decent food for your family unless you shop! There is also a lack of entertainment for infants in the day time. Then it kicks of at 6pm when your baby is ready to go to bed. That is unless you want to take them to the evening entertainment which is mostly drunk parents! With security everywhere. More like a rough estate social club. Not for my kids!

The beach is lovely. The outdoor pool is a great spot along with the sandpit, crazy golf was good but was rarely open.Shame...

There was fighting in the evening entertainment where glasses and other objects were thrown at people the security were punched pushed and had objects thrown at them aswell as my disabled 2 year old was nearly knocked out of her buggy and my other daughter was so distraught she was screaming and crying. The same night we had to wait over 2 hours for someone to help with our electrics in our caravan then the next morning I rang to complain and reception and the office were unaware the incident even happened which is appalling. The evening entertainment staff are rude and ignore kids requests when I comes to the evening disco the pool is overfilled with chlorine that you hear people complain that their eyes are sore and stinging so my recommendation is to...

This site has fantastic facilities. The indoor pools are great with food changing facilities. The site was clean and well looked after. Being on the cast with its iwn private beach was fantastic. We had booked a gold level caravan through Hoseasons. The van had two bedrooms and was as good as any van we have ever stayed in. The oven door did not seal which made cooking hot and a laborious process. Plus we had no baking trays and had no thought to bring any as we exoexted things like that to be there. Mattress protectors would be a good addition and better fitting bedding. We had not realised the site was actually several sites and it is big. We had no issues with noise.
