The experience of flying birds of prey with The Hawkridge falconers was incredible. An experience not to be missed, worth booking the extra experiences to have an amazing personalised session and to interact with the birds with your own private session. A truly magical experience to be so close to magnificent majestic birds. Baldric was a wonderful surprise as we had no idea which birds we would get to fly, so flying a bald eagle was breathtaking. All of the crew are incredible and made the experience wonderful, they are a pleasure to meet and truly talented people. I’ve been attending the flying displays here every few months for the past few years and am always blown away by the team’s skill and professionalism. Richard, Sharon and the staff strive to inform and entertain and their birds condition and behaviour (well, most of the time!) is testament to how well they’re looked after and how much they care. I’d recommend this display to everyone who wants to watch their beautiful birds of prey doing what they do best and learn a bit about each bird as they’re flown around the arena, often perching up next to the audience so everyone can see things up close. I can not express my gratitude deeply enough as the team at Hawkridge created the most magical experience for my son's birthday. Truly was incredible to get up close and personal to an array of falcons, hawks and owls. My son had two volunteers dedicated to his experience, one who brought the birds to him and another who shared many wonderful insights and humorous stories. The birds were all delightful, beautifully cared for by all the team and the volunteers work with such deep passion.
