One of my favourite places in the world as I've been going here for well over 30 years. However over the years it has become more and more known to produce mackerel in vast numbers and in turn has become busy, difficult to access and impossible to fish during the busy months. Also people generally non locals will have a tendency to disregard any accountability for the morals they have by leaving rubbish strewn all over the place which has a huge detrimental effect on the habitat the ocean in general and its reputation as a 'beauty ' spot. A real shame but almost impossible to police. If you want a pleasant experience here my advice would be to only go between November and March. If you are planning on fishing here in season and want to gamble with filling a spot when someone is leaving please take your fluffing rubbish back up,there's a bin at the top..better still take it home as the bin will undoubtedly be...

Been there fishing. A spot with many challenges, such as, too many people there at any time, some extra rude causing all sorts of issues, not so many safe places from where to cast, the luck of fish at times, hence why is called fishing :) On the other side, is a brilliant place to visit just for a picnic (romantic or family) a bath in the sea but away from the sewage release area that is still functioning it seems to date, June 2020, or just a nice stroll down to the beach and a strong workout on the wsy back up the hill. If only people will stop leaving there all sorts of rubbish and treat nature and other people with respect although unconsciousness is leading their own sad life and not much can be expected from such people. On a positive note, we caught 1 mackerel between the 2 of us in 8 hours of really...
