If you enjoy cold, dirty environments, then Kids Kingdom might be for you. Sadly, it’s not the place it used to be. My husband and I both have fond childhood memories of visiting, but over the years, it has gone dramatically downhill, and I can’t imagine it improving under the current management.

One of the most disappointing changes is the Jelly Mountain ball pit. It seems like most of the balls have been removed or halved in number, making it unsafe and unappealing. Additionally, the areas that were once supervised to ensure fun and safety are now left unchecked. On our recent visits, we noticed a lack of staff oversight, which resulted in unsafe play.

For instance, my tiny toddler was knocked over by an older child running wild. The under-5s area is regularly overrun with children far older than five, which makes it unsuitable for little ones. Older kids frequently speed down the small slide meant for toddlers, often knocking them over. To make matters worse, the area is filled with broken, hard toys, which defeats the purpose of a soft play centre where children are supposed to play with minimal risk of injury.

We like to give places a fair chance, but after several disappointing visits, we’ve decided we won’t be returning. It’s a shame to see a once-loved venue deteriorate so much, and unfortunately, we can’t recommend...

I would give no stars This place should be shut down health and safety need to pay a visit and environmental health It’s not been cleaned for year dirty clothes socks inside the play area drink bottles sweet trod in ball park left over food it’s absolutely disgusting and sadly I can’t t find this on trust pilot which is suspicious in the least the owners should be ashamed of themselves the staff are lovely but they unfortunately can’t only do so much Older party of special needs kids inside the baby area they had men with them but still they went in one of the boys probably about 7/8 attacked a little girl in there and her mother had to intervene They also took their nappies of and continued to go down the slides half naked This is disturbing disgusting and filthy And to even make it worse they had all the fire escapes open so any little child could go out the door this is an accident waiting to happen or even worse The people who own this needs to close it for a deep deep clean if you go to trip advisor you will see reviews like mine I have never been in a place so disgusting filthy in my life and will never go again I went in April this year so where have the owners cleaned this place up? It’s just a money maker for them Don’t go your child will probably end up ill with the filthy play area or worse totally...

Me , my wife and 2 kids paid £17 for a 2 hour slot on a Sunday. The place was very busy ( which I suspected it would be) however the seating area was filthy. Food all over the floor, floor all sticky and tables were crammed in ontop of eachother. Also one of the women's toilets was blocked up solid with poo.

I was very surprised to see adults drinking alcohol there too. Cans of fosters and bottles of wine on a table being guzled by the group of parents. My wife thought they actually sold alcohol there too. I can't understand why. This is a children's play centre, where the parents can go round with their kids if they want to....I don't want to my kids in there with people who have been drinking.

The play area wasn't great compared to many others my kids have played in. Alot of empty areas used to take up space. Apart from Jelly mountian, there wasn't alot that seemed very exciting for them.

Last time I visited this place I myself was still a child. It has changed massively...and unfortunately I don't think it's an improvement. Fairly pricey, not the cleanest. Alcohol on premises and jam packed in the seating area.

I will not be returning I'm afraid. It looked very...

This place is great, has its own parking, cafeteria and a huge place for playing. There are various sections to play, this somewhat divides the crowd. There is a toddler area for smaller kids with role play mini house, food truck, kitchen, ball pit and 4 slides. We enjoyed ourselves very much. It is advised for parents that want to tag along with kids, that they wear comfy clothes, preferably something that slides well on the slides. And brilliantly, there is a small football ground somewhere in the second level, well fenced so the ball can’t escape and children can’t fall. On the dark side: They were busy at the time we went, windows, doors were open and there were ventilation in place but still the air was a bit dense with all the running, sweating and possibly dust from the carpet.

Absolutely brilliant. Easy to book and not too pricey. Seating area inside and picnic tables outside all very clean. I didnt really see my two boys for the whole 2 hour session...so the softplay was a hit. The food was excellent and not over priced (I had halloumi chips from specials menu and it was delicious). I think they are doing an amazing job here and I could not recommend it highly enough!

Not the best place for babies. I went with my baby 7 months, They have a space for under 5s, so all the kids of different ages in the same space! They don’t have many toys for babies and they are old and some are dirty! Wouldn’t recommend for under 2s! I think older kids will love it though! I may come back when my baby is older maybe
