Ordered food on just eat and spoke to a lovey young lady on the phone who was nothing more than polite and helpful.

However after handing the phone to the older women who was extremely rude and didn’t express one ounce of concern over the DISPOSABLE PART OF SOMEONE VAPE being in with my cod bits as seen in the picture. This is a health and safety violation against your food safety standards and this will be reported no foreign object should be in my food. Also Learn to have some customers service skills when delivery and when talking over the phone, I wouldn’t of taken it this further if the women wasn’t so rude and basically said to me “well what do you want me to do about that, I don’t know how it got in there”, didn’t offer to send me new food, not even an apology from this lady. tone of voice was so unbothered and not shocked at all, she didn’t care. Wouldn’t recommend this place first time ordering and not impressed.

I first used this chip shop last year when it was under old management,chips wasn't good i took one bite of the chip and throw them in the bin,place was dirty,staff to busy having cigarette outside,didn't wash hands upon serving, i saw this shop had new owners in the past couple of months so i decided to try this place again, to my surprise the chips was one of the best I have ever eaten,place is clean and staff are friendly, prices are really good,I will definitely be back,to the new owners you are doing amazing glad you decided to buy this shop I hope it flourishes for you.I will recommend you to my neighbours, to the ones who have left bad reviews I can only assume you was friends with the old staff,how you can rate the past owners food as good is shocking, maybe you don't know what real food looks like or taste like,this place with these new owners are best in the area,or maybe you got more than food from the previous owners and workers..was it bit weed...

Popped in to quickly grab some food before a night out. Placed a really easy order, large chips and battered sausage. Should have been in there no longer than 2 minutes as I could literally see the sausage and chips, but I was stood there for 25 minutes. Staff were doing takeaway orders which is fair enough but if you have staff members standing around on their phones they should be serving the poor customers in the shop. Customers in the shop should have taken priority so theyre not standing around like plonkers waiting for a soggy large chips and stale battered sausage. Wont be visiting again, dont think I'll have a spare 4 hours to wait. Also, I wouldnt take on takeaway orders if you cant keep up with the demand, maybe people will stop phoning asking where...
