I decided to make this Review as I had recently moved to Worcester Park near the end of 2018 and visited Nonsuch Park on New years day and have since frequented the Park many times. Nonsuch Park is a quiet man-made maintained Historical Grounds for a leisurely walk, run or bike ride situated by the well maintained Nonsuch Palace Gardens.

I go on a lot of walks both leisurely and Picnics and Sitting Dog walks as this is the closest Park of it’s kind in my locale.

There are a number of entrances to the park, Via the two main road entrances surrounding the park grounds which offer parking, or my choice of route on foot to cut through Cheam Park along the pathway to the Mansion Ground car park near the Little Oak Preschool Nursery. By taking this route you get a little more Steps and greenery and small Forestry before you approach the beautiful Nonsuch Palace and Gardens connected to the Park

The Park is rarely busy, But there’s always Families and locals enjoying the Gardens and greenery as well as the Cafe situated to the rear of the Palace gates, Not crowded but certainly lively. The Gardens have lovely maintained Bushes, Flower displays, Flower archways, a small Pond near the path with Fish, Lilly pads and some more Tudor details scattered around the paths before gating to the park grounds. The grounds itself has enough expanse that it never feels crowded. Cycle paths Marathon paths, Picnic spots, Historical plaques, Hills and Dog walks are scattered around. I’ve probably tallied dozens of hours here either on leisurely walks or a Pokemon Go round, If you’re interested in that the Park has 2 Pokemon Gyms in the Nonsuch Garden grounds and at least 8 Pokestops.

The Park is well maintained and doesn’t have much litter as Visitors tend to be more respectful here. It does seem like the litter that is there is scattered by Crows in the parking lot bins or blown in through the main road bins, Which is NOT the fault of the Staff they do their best to maintain. I always try to pick up and bin stray Litter as I found it disrespectful if it was left there intentionally. I would encourage others to do their bit and Help in the Park which benefits the area, Conservation History, Nature and yourselves as it’s your park too.

The Mansion does Rent the hall for events such as Wedding too if you’re interested and the Garden grounds area are usually cordoned-off partially for said events. The Wildlife in the park is small but noticeable on some days, Which the includes Carp in the pond, Butterflies, Dragonflies, Beetles, Bluetits, Robins, Owls, Sparrows, Bats, Foxes, Voles, Badgers and Squirrels and I’m sure there were a lot more in the dense Underbrush and high Trees.

This place is a great Historic feature to the area and I will definitely make it my Park walk of choice in Spring, Autumn...

I have been visiting Nonsuch Park. Beautiful big park. Haven't ended. He has a lot of green 💚🍏 land. Flowers, nice grease, I met people with their 🐕🐶 dogs, he has even a castle, a great and proud building these castle. Him selves, Nonsuch Park has that pride. If you want to visit the park you can go with more confidence, near your children. There, you can find kindergarten. All the children have the bench, each child with his own place. If it's warm out, they are learning in front of kindergarten. I said all that, because I had noticed when I ride near their yard. I talked with every child, I changed some words, I held up their activities. The teacher explained what about . I hold every hand of the child before I go home. . I found a band, I read what happens in each place of the park. You can find a lot of activities in Summer 's period. ⛱️ 🌞 I played with a small 🐶🐕,dog, the man that I met in the grease with own his dog permission me to play. It was the most happy day. I don't think to meet so many people then. I saw another group that explored all the park's gardens. The little children were glad 'cos they can respiration fresh air . They felt the fragrance of the flowers, 🌺 the tree's perfume. I was with Leo first, and second allowed. I noticed all that when I was the second time. Must you have behaviour if you want to explore how much is bigger. I explored only a side first. The dry flower, that I posted here, This flower, I took from the park, then I pressed through the pages of the book. You can ✍️ write a romance now, after all the information that I give you. ...

Nonsuch Park is a public park in the London Borough of Sutton and is the last surviving part of Henry VIII's Little Park of Nonsuch, a deer hunting park. Nonsuch Mansion (Nonsuch Park House) is situated in the grounds of the park.

The history of the site may go back as far as an iron age settlement, but there are strong links to the Roman and medieval eras. The village of Cuddington (Codintone) was recorded in the the Domesday Book, but was demolished by Henry VIII to make way for a palace that was never completed in his lifetime and was subsequently demolished and sold off to pay the gambling debts of its then owner, Barbara, Countess of Castlemaine. There are markers in the park to explain where the original Palace would have stood.

The 'modern' Nonsuch Mansion is Grade II listed and was built in the centre of the park in the mid-eighteenth century and extended by Jeffry Wyattville at the beginning of the 19th century in Tudor Gothic style. The ground floor rooms have been refurbished to cater for weddings and private parties.

The park itself is now a very large open space with a network of surfaced and...

It is hard to believe such a generous expanse of park with wild life, mature trees, playgrounds, and a Country House is within easy drive distance from Sutton and surrounding areas. What you get in return is free therapy and soul grounding while experiencing the walks in the parks. They have free parking, a nice cafe, and usable toilets. We love visiting Non Such Park as much as Kew Gardens. One can easily lose themselves for 2 to 3 hours deep into nature. You can carry badminton rackets, football or other sports equipment for fun time. It is also a great spot for picnic and have seen families bringing snacks and drinks or you can get one from cafe. I love sitting on rustic wooden benches reminding of the times gone by and enjoy their coffee. I would highly recommend visiting Non Such Park at least once a month if you live nearby or less often if you live far away!

Very nice big open space to wander around in. Historic place dating back to King Henry Vlll 's Court. Behind the mansion is a very good cafe which offers up a good selection of coffees and treats. I have sampled a mocha and it was delicious. Went for a stroll there yesterday afternoon as its local to me and decided on an ice cream which unfortunately was a bit of a let down. I had a plant based salted caramel flavour, wasn't bothered about the plant based aspect but there was no other choice. I had to get it replaced because the ice cream fell off the cone shortly after purchase. This was done free of charge. For £3.50 for a fairly small average ice cream with not much flavour, thought was a bit steep. Will stick to coffee in the future. Otherwise all good and well worth a visit. Apologies for pics. These were taken on a winter stroll. Didn't take any yesterday.
