Forbes Hole — Attraction in Erewash

It's a lovely little nature reserve with a Pond and lots of wildlife. Really handy for walking my elderly dog around as it only takes about half an hour. If you've got a more active dog, it'll take about 15 minutes.

Only downside is that theres often single men wandering round and none of them appear to be walking a dog. I wonder what they're up to? Probably conservation work as they often appear...

Not local to the area but saw this while driving by so stopped for a wonder, a lovely setting with a small res and a pleasure to see a pair of swans, I could see there were conservation happening which is really good, but there were lone men that came out of the bushes and a couple of single men hanging around I think we had disturbed them! Wouldn't visit again due to this...
