Nearly messed the order up!

1. Gave part of my order to someone else but luckily managed to find another one in the back.
2. The cream slice ended up in the bin due to the pastry being rock hard and the cream was off. First time going here and WILL NOT BE GOING BACK!!!!!

Answer back to your reply: I can assure you that the cream slice that I purchased today was NOT fresh!
