I recently had the pleasure of taking my 5-year-old son to Frosty's Soft Play in Forfar, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a team of staff who not only exuded warmth and friendliness but also displayed an impressive level of professionalism that I found truly commendable.

Despite their youthful appearance, the staff at Frosty's Soft Play are incredibly mature and dedicated to their roles. They went above and beyond to ensure that my son had the time of his life. Their enthusiasm and attentiveness were evident throughout our visit, making us feel welcomed and valued as customers.

The facility itself is a paradise for children, with a wide array of engaging activities and play areas that kept my son entertained for hours on end. From the colorful slides to the interactive games, Frosty's Soft Play offers a safe and stimulating environment where kids can let their imaginations run wild.

What truly sets Frosty's apart, however, is the genuine care and concern shown by the staff. They were constantly on hand to assist with any queries or concerns, ensuring that both parents and children alike felt supported and reassured.

Not much of a play area really small, bought food for my kids my fiance and myself all the food came except my own waited 10 mins went to enquire about mine was told I only ordered one lot of she checked order realised her mistake said would sort it only to be told that they had none of the food ordered and gave me my money back half past 3 went to order something else to be told the kitchen was closed even though I was told they stop serving food at 16.00pm total joke this place won't be coming back again...

I've visited this establishment before it was revamped years ago and thought it was good, but, the new and improved Frosty's is well worth the visit! It's very affordable and the new menu is tasty and varied! When you sign in you enter through security gate! A great idea as you can enjoy a snack and not have to worry whether your child has snuck out through the entrance and wandering...
