Thistle Bar — Restaurant in Scotland

A brilliant place through and through. There's pool for those who play (and for those who don't! haha) and a digital juke box to enjoy inside, and they occasionally have shows on as well, but the stars of the show are definitely the staff (especially Dave, but don't tell the others). The pints are perfect pours every time and the atmosphere is great. It can look a little barren and lonely with not much character outside of the tartan, but trust me...it's not lonely at all. Everyone will welcome you with open arms and a good laugh as well. They clearly keep great clientele! Music volume slightly too loud for me but that's just personal preference. Fantastic drinks, great value and comfortable atmosphere....
