As a responsible employer working in the entertainment sector their attitude toward disabled access is laughable. The car park is shared with several light industry units. I could find no marked disabled bays, but did manage to find a space adjacent to some skips. There are forklift trucks working in the car park and when I visited they were crossing the ramp access, the only access to Inflata World. I was eventually taken to their “accessible entrance” where completely untrained staff tried to lift me and my motorised chair up a three inch step. Inside and the reason that I had taken three of my under 14year old grand children to the attraction. There is a huge cafe area for guardians or tired ‘bouncers’ to sit with coffee or cold drinks. The main attraction is constructed with a large number of adult size bouncy castles climbs and slides. Participants are given a safety talk and then a jumping warmup exercise. The laughs and shouts of fun are testament to the effectiveness of this exciting play feature. A simple idea, joined up bouncy castles - who knew, what great deal of fun. There are four separate rows each with about six fun areas. They all joined by running jumping dodging areas where you can easily see you charges as the run past. Couldn’t count the staff on duty, but there certainly was quite a number ready to encourage people to follow the safety rules. The cafe/shop was staffed well enough to avoid long queues forming, and there were also staff clearing tables and re arranging scattered chairs. Overall a great fun activity, safely run. Fortunately any First Aid or injured child was avoided by my family, but there were a couple of tearful children brought into the open cafe area. The loss of two stars for me was the shockingly bad accessible access, and training on handling wheelchairs. My family argued with me and the rating stands at four purely because they all...

Regrettably having to leave a 1 star with our recent visit to airthrill.

We have visited airthrill a few times with our 3 year old daughter before the all new inflatable was released.

We where ecstatic for our visit today (9/07/23) to try out the new inflatable course which looked amazing.

Our previous visits we where permitted to take our daughter round the assault course & free jump area which she rather much enjoyed along with ourselves.

Today we arrived with a rather excited 3 year old ready to try out the new attraction which is sadly not the case now as there ‘ rules ‘ have changed which now means even whilst signing a waiver & supervising our child we simply where not allowed which our daughter was devastated to hear.

To simply put it we paid for a play in a small - no thrill toddler area / trampolines.

My partner went and spoke with an assistant manager who advised a refund would be issued and passed her over to a manager. When speaking to the said manager he only seemed fixated on the fact his staff put our 3 year old daughter off the inflatable and was now in a state! My partner explained the fact that we’ve been multiple times before and had no issues, all he could say was that it was for insurance purposes…so why sign a waiver before hand? He then stated we had booked a ‘mini thrill seekers’ session so would our daughter be allowed on if I had paid for a normal session? The staff are contradicting, the assistant manager claimed we could gain a refund but the manager said they don’t offer refunds. Sounds like they don’t know their own policies.

Air thrill was great for all ages before there changes. If your child isn’t 5 you’d be better visiting a soft play

Disappointed to be leaving this review of our negative experience today.

Return...

Not sure where to start with this one. First one is, kids will love it but it's not a great experience for adults overall I would say. From the car park mayhem to the long queue to get in to the young and rude staff to the numbers they let in to a session. Just one manic mess but again, kids love it.

The thing that annoyed me the most was once we were finished the kid and me both wanted an ice cold slush for the car to recover on the way home as we were both melting(it's a very hot and sweaty place....) but were told they close the slush bar and that wouldn't be possible. So they turned down my money to buy some over priced sugar water for what? The kid was very disappointed and even he said he wouldn't want to go back. They said it was so people don't try and use it because it is free refills during the session. Well that's fine, don't let anyone refill and allow me to buy one, I am the one being done/fleeced here. The worst of it was once we were ready and passing the slush bar on the way out there was staff there filling everyone's cups up. Ridiculous decision. All those slushies in the kids face when he was desperate for one and having to explain that some business' just have stupid rules to a 6 year old. I guess they have to learn bad business practise sooner rather than later. The customer service is really poor, young kids that have zero training perhaps. Next time I'll head to another venue where I've not had similar issues.

Now going to put germaline on my skint cheeks from the slides, be warned....

Two stars purely because the kid enjoyed it and done his first front flip, if it wasn't for that beautiful majestic flip it would be just the one star. Count yourself...

AirThrill is an ultimate fun destination for kids who are looking to spend their weekends in a fun and exciting environment. The destination offers a wide range of thrilling activities, including bouncy castles, trampolines, electronic football, and dodgeball. I visited AirThrill with my kids last weekend, and it was an exciting experience. My kids had a fantastic time running around and trying out all the activities. They particularly enjoyed the bouncy castles and trampolines, which kept them entertained for hours. The staff at AirThrill were helpful and friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere for both kids and parents. They provided assistance whenever needed and ensured that the kids were safe while enjoying the activities. Overall, AirThrill is a great place for families with kids. The variety of activities available means that there is something for everyone, and the friendly staff ensures a pleasant experience.
