Extremely rude staff and dodgy weighing scales. I got a bee sting on my hand due to which I ended up having a lot of pain, redness and swelling. We had to leave early unfortunately. However as we were 2 adults and 1 small child we could not purchase farm produce of £12 equivalent to the entrance fees. I requested the till staff if I could instead buy something from the farm shop. The till girl was very rude and instead of asking if i was okay was in a rush to leave as her shift was coming to an end. The other staft on the grounds kept discouraging us to go near the plum trees as its a 10 mins long walk for kids and not worth visiting. We also found the quality of strawberries and raspberries very poor..mostly rotten during the short time we were there. We visited Garson Farm in Esher, Surrey last year which is in a different league all together and were regretting why we went to Copas Farm which is all hype and pathetically managed by money-grubbing people.

A family with young kids in front of us in the queue was being heavily interrogated by till staff asking them where they filled the basket from shops or fields!! As shop items cannot be redeemed with entrance fees voucher credit. The young children with them were left tearful. The whole experience of visiting Copas farms turned like physical and mental torture. Not the fun and happy time like we had at Garson farms. Based on my experience would not recommend Copas farm especially due to the shoddy staff and low...

We are really coming where fruits not ready and nobody didn’t tell us

there were 5 of us and we paid £26.25 to enter. we specially drove so far to pick strawberries. but we were very disappointed that they were not there, they were closed and green. I have many photos and of course it is clear why we are not satisfied. we also took plums, which were also green. all we collected were raspberries and corn. when we came to the cash register to pay and we saw more potatoes to buy. due to the fact that everything was so soon we did not even understand how the sum of £53.87 came out in our check and only £20 was taken from us. now I return to the receipt where the potatoes are £22.41 and I don't understand, we saw the price of £2.50 per kilogram and what happened??? we took 2.5 kilograms of potatoes. it turned out to be very expensive and too expensive. Plus, my friend called and informed me that another farm is closed because it does not have fruits or vegetables ready yet. if we were told at the entrance that there was nothing but raspberries, corn,,,, we would have a choice. This is not fair . we are satisfied with the raspberries and corn and thank you, but I think that many people travel far and when they arrive and there is not what you want, maybe it is worth...

I came here once maybe 4 years ago and it was really good, so many vegetables to pick from. Decided to bring my family with me this time round but unfortunately it wasn't the same or better.

They write a list of things that's available on the website and also at the entrance so we knew what we were getting.

You have to pay 4 pounds per person online to enter and then that money will be deducted when checking out. We booked a slot for 12.45 and when we got there, all strawberries were picked and finished. The pea I was after wasn't even there, they had cleared the pea field which was disappointing because I was really looking forward to that.

No cherries available I'm assuming because of the season.

There were lots of raspberries, lots of sweetcorn and the other peas which wasn't the one I was after. They had beatroot (nearly finished), courgette, apples and some more fruit but all that was also nearly finished.

We did end up bringing sweet corn and the other pea home but what we were after wasn't there.

I've been to other fruit picking farms and I will keep exploring for more so I find the right one as this one did let me down a little. It was overall great fun with family but would've been better if there was more fruit and vegetables to pick...

I went to Copas Farm last year for Pumpkin picking and had a great day out with family. This year I was really disappointed. Firstly I found the initial entry fee quite expensive considering this doesn't come off your purchase at the end. The fields weren't cut back and not as well organised. They have stopped families taking in a picnic which was a huge disappointment. Last year we spent the whole morning and lunch time there having fun and enjoying a picnic on the picnic tables provided. This year they piled up all the tables with pumpkins to stop anyone sitting down. Considering there is no cafe on site to get drinks or lunch, to stop families coming in with a picnic has made me not want to return. The pumpkin prices were very expensive, made more so by the entry fee, not as good as previous experiences and very expensive compared to last year. And denying families bringing their own food and enjoying a longer day to make the most of the farm after paying a steep entry fee is a reason for me not to return. I have provided a picture of the sign which I think is rather rude.
