Wow, this has got to be the best Santa experience in Shropshire. From start to finish it is exceptional. We purchased our tickets in September and it was totally worth the money and the wait. The park has plenty of parking for the Santa experiences and the whole set up from start to finish is well organised. The site is well signed from the turning off the main road up to the parking. Mrs Claus and her helpers then check you in for hot chocolate whilst you wait for your jeep. The jeep safari up through the woods to the grotto is thrilling for adults and kids alike. Steep hills, tight turns a real off road drive. Elves great you at the top and help you on your way through the grotto. The caves are beautiful and the whole experience is perfect for all believers. Santa himself was exceptional and the visit was really unique and personal. The trip takes about 1.5 hours start to finish and is not rushed at any point. There is plenty to see and do with photo opportunities galore. My feedback would be book tickets for a visit in the dark to get the most out of the lights in the woods. The site is a nature park and made for rambling and exploring. As such it is not suitable for wheelchairs or pushchairs and is uneven under foot in places. But that being said, pop on your sensible shoes and go enjoy yourselves. It is genuinely the best Santa experience we have seen in Shropshire and I can't rate it...

Buying a ticket was quick. And we were in immediately.
Tried to go to the coffee shop afterwards but it seemed the same lady was working the ticket desk, reception and the coffee shop. So service was a bit lacking there.
Not her fault obviously, as it was quite busy at the ticket desk at the time. The staff are really friendly, so that didn't ruin the experience...
