After looking at the website and review here, I was really looking forward to my first time experience there but it turned out to be a disappointment. We went there for the Aqua park as a family of 3 with another family. My husband was injured so couldn’t go on it and they wouldn’t give credit to rebook for another day. All people were given life vests and safety briefing. We then need to swim for a short distance to start the obstacle course. The water is VERY MUDDY! They say mud is good for you. It’s certainly not relaxing for me! It’s hard to swim and jump into the water without swallowing but if the water and even tiny amount of water made me cough a lot because of the quality of the water. The quality of the obstacle is also inadequate. Some parts were deflated which made it harder to grab and walk through. The whole obstacle course is also not varied at all with the highest slide only over a metre high. And there were only two slides from memory. I spent most of my time pulling myself up from the river after completing the course. It consumed a lot of energy as the muddy water is more Slipper than usual. All in all, for the kind of quality of obstacle course and water paying £18 is a rip off. There is an indoor obstacle course at Hengrove leisure centre with a variety of things to jump off and cleaner water only costs £10. I will not return to this Aqua park again and don’t recommend. However I will try paddle board and kayak there and see whether the experience is better.

Great for Paddleboarding- 15 minutes from home ( St George Bristol ) Feels like I'm on holiday - Ideal place to practice and fine tune all your skills ready for more adventurous sea trips. Two hour sessions followed by a coffee. Also tried Windsurfing with sone success 🤣 - plus lots of other activities to try. Love it!!!!!👍

This place is amazing. Just had the most amazing swim in the sunshine! Staff here are lovely and helpful. No better place to be on hot sunny day like today. Lovely clean fresh water to swim in. Then sat outside on the cafe decking looking at the lake. Heaven!

Fabulous day out here. Water was good quality and swim lap was good size ( although buoys could still be pushed wider). Aqua Park great fun and paddle boards very good value. Great family day out - spoilt by the aggression and abuse from one member of staff. Your staff reflect on your business and the rudeness of one member.of staff was a real reflection on the value you place on customers. The place is excellent, but training on how to talk to people is essential as it spoilt...

Went on the Aqua park. Great fun. The site is still being re developed so there are a few temporary things like hanging rooms but the staff were great, friendly and helpful and the owner was there getting involved drying wetsuits and helping his staff. Excited to see itd being developed and looking forward to seeing it nearer completion. Also great safe location for paddle boarding...
