Hayle Beach is absolutely stunning and well worth a visit. Stretching for miles with golden sand and breathtaking views across St Ives Bay, it’s the perfect spot whether you’re looking for a peaceful walk, a family day out, or simply somewhere to relax by the sea. The beach feels beautifully unspoilt and spacious, even when it’s busy, so there’s always plenty of room to enjoy.

It’s a great place for dogs too, with long stretches to let them run and play. The waves rolling in make it popular with surfers, while the calmer areas are perfect for paddling or just dipping your toes in. Watching the tide change here is something special, and the sunsets over the bay are truly magical.

Hayle Beach is one of those places that captures everything that’s special about Cornwall – wild, natural beauty combined with a welcoming, laid-back atmosphere. A real gem that we’ll definitely keep...

Hayle Beach is absolutely stunning! The golden sands stretch for miles, perfect for long walks, relaxing in the sun, or even a bit of beachcombing. The views are breathtaking, especially at sunrise and sunset. The water is clean and inviting, and there’s a great mix of calm spots and areas perfect for surfing. The surrounding area has some lovely cafes and local shops, making it easy to spend the whole day here. Clean facilities and plenty of parking make the visit even more convenient. A truly peaceful and picturesque beach—I can’t...

One of the best beaches in Cornwall. It's a very long and wide beach with lovely golden sand. On a nice hot day it's perfect! They have a few facilities like toilets, a shop and an ice cream van. You have to walk down a slope to get to the beach and all the facilities are at the top. There are a few car parks and reasonably priced (£4 for the whole day). You can do water sports here like surfing and kayaking. There are plenty of lifeguards on duty. Make sure to bring your own towels, parasols, loungers, deck chairs or mats as there are non...
