So I will start by saying my children love this, we've been coming for a couple of years and they never fail to have a great time and today was no exception. So why 1 star?? It's like there is no pandemic. Corona what? Social distancing who? Now I get that it's awkward to police the social distancing while on the equipment and to be fair once everyone is on there they pretty much spread out but really the staff can't do a huge amount to enforce social distancing without ruining the fun of it, I get that. BUT, probably the one place where they absolutely could enforce social distancing and where it was absolutely necessary, they didn't bother. The queue waiting for the briefing and to go onto the course, absolutely packed, no signage to remind people to social distance, no lines to enforce a distance while waiting. I understand that by now people should take responsibility for themselves but at the same time people do forget, people need reminding and it's a business's responsibility to do so. People were packed together like sardines and it was disgusting. They need to...

Just remember to change before you go as there are no changing rooms currently. The staff are friendly and helpful, and not sure it makes much difference but to put you Covid worriers minds at rest. They walk around spraying all the equipment all the time!
What I didn't expect was to be sharing our hours time slot we got with another family. Not an issue for us but for some people that are taking the covid precautions a little stricter than us I'm not sure they would have been too happy.
I do highly recommend going and giving this one a go..... Next time I hope to book a slot then have an hour to warm up after then go straight back in again for another time slot. Its great but I just wanted more time!
The twins are a little older than my 8 year old daughter who struggled a little bit with getting up and onto the inflatables..... so parents make sure you have the muscles to pull them up π
Big thumbs up for this place.... Highly recommended..... And we will be going again...

Needless to say we were nearly 10 minutes late! Once there though the checking I was quick enough and the kids enjoyed what time they had left. Food at the kiosk was also reasonably priced although we never ate thee so I can't say if it was any good.
One more negative was the lack of shade for spectators. Luckily it wasn't a searing hot day but if it was you'd struggle to get shade. There was the frame of large gazebo set up but no actual fabric on top of it and no umbellas on the picnic benches. So go prepared on a very hot day...
