Mega Slip and Slide Cornwall — Attraction in Kea

Received an email informing me they had to cancel our booking with 36hrs notice. They offered a refund or a reschedule and I requested a refund. Funnily enough a voucher has been emailed to me today which actually expires tomorrow…. Have requested a refund AGAIN but now have been told this could take ten working days to action. It didn’t take that long to debit my account when I booked though. Clearly just trying to make it hard to claim a refund for a service they have had to cancel. What an amazing afternoon we had the last slot of the day so managed to see something else in the morning. The whole family thoroughly enjoyed this experience especially the big kids. It feels like an hour isn’t enough but it really is and we got to go down over 10 times. Trying the different rings and body boards was great to switch it up and have fun with the family. The staff are all very knowledgeable, experienced so do not let the youthfulness fool you they ate there to help and guide, could not fault. Absolutely brilliant bit of fun for the whole family, staff very friendly and helpful, offering tips to get the best slide. They were also very good with our 4 year old who struggled to get out of the slide lanes after his turns (the setup allowed him to be very independent as the staff helped him start at the top of the slide aswell).
