Minotaur Maze — Attraction in Kielder

Wow what a place. The house and grounds tell the story of the first house to be powered by hydro electric power. The house is an Arts and Crafts building and many of the rooms decorated in this style. The grounds are amazing, in fact in some places its like an enchanted garden. There is info on the way the house was electrified but my husband was a little disapointed that there was not more technical info available. There is a 6 mile carraige drive around the grounds well worth driving at the end...

Not much to this really! I guess if you have young kids it would be more fun chasing around inside the maze, but it's quite small with very little sense of payoff. Definitely more...
