Newhaven Museum — Attraction in Lewes

Throughly enjoyed losing 6 hours of my time in this place. I could happily spend 6 hours more. Everything is well laid out, the people working there are extremely friendly and helpful. I went in here because I saw a massive u-boat cannon outside the front of it and it instantly caught my attention because cannons are just seriously cool 😎 However, when I went inside it was just fascinating. My first visit to this compact and comprehensive museum. Great models of ships and boats and dioramas in the maritime section. Very good lifeboat, wartime and employers (Parker Pen) sections.
