Seriously, with each bite you take - you can feel and taste the love and passion the chef is putting in each of his products. While we were there he came out to one of the costumers and built his burger to their tastes and favorite ingredients.

Our Burgers were juicy, tender and full of flavours, the piri piri chips were amazing and the chef made us an English version to the "Big Mac sauce" (which he calls "Big Ben sauce") to dip the chips in and it was great.

In the past 2 years of living and travelling in the UK and tasting local foods all around, this is by far the best Burger I have eaten.

Also to mention the sweet staff that took our orders and the overall cheerful atmosphere you all had.

I was staying in Newhaven for the night and I knew I wanted a burger and searched for food on Google maps. Saw the usual places then found Hot Spot Burgers. Read the reviews and thought I would give it a try. I went there to collect and was met by a small cabin, that looked a bit neglected but I AM so glad I didn't turn around. Went in and was greeted with a warm welcome, chose what I wanted and the service was great, even checked I like hot sauce because the loaded fries I chose have very hot sauce. The chap making the burgers came out and was super friendly and again checked on the hot sauce. Service was quick and I got it take away. Couldn't wait to tuck in and WOW, what a burger. I had blue cheese and bacon and it was delicious as were the loaded fries, but I did sweat after the hot sauce, I was warned! UNBELIEVABLE. Genuinely SO impressed. Recommended here by a friend, tried all of the premium burgers plus the Chipotle sides, halloumi fries and unfortunately sold out of coleslaw, but we soldier through. The packaging is great, no squished burger buns, nothing out of place, the blue cheese and bacon was out of this world, and has normal cheese as well as blue which is a winner! The pb and j, fu**ing phenomenonal. Why does this work so well?? No idea. Would eat it for breakfast. The Chipotle fries has some of the best Chipotle sauce I've tried, personally I like more lettuce but still the lettuce that was there was fresh af.
