On holiday here from London where soft plays are half the size and filthy. This soft play is lovely! It's big and clean. My kids had the best time! They loved it. Lots of seats of adults to chill on. There's even some sofas too to relax on. The food choices and the drink choices are perfect! A really good menu. It's limited but there's a good choice and it's all served hot and quick. Cakes. Sausage roll Milkshakes and snacks all served too. Really really good prices. One tiny fault was the milk shake wasn't thick nor that cold so I personally wouldn't have one again but well stocked up on kids drinks. I had some nachos which really impressed me. The presentation was lovely too. Normally things in soft plays are a bit poor and you don't want to eat them as they are just pinged in a microwave. But the food they were serving was brilliant. I paid £19 for 2 adults and 3 kids to enter from 1230 to 1500!! I pay more than that at home in London for 1 hour slot only!!! I have a 5 10 and 12 year old and they all were welcomed. All could climb and run about the whole soft play. Outside play looked spot on and well maintained. The staff were lovely and polite. I really loved the entrance way too. Infact loved the whole decor. It was thought out well and very well presented. I honestly 100% am sad this will be the only time we use the place as we leave Friday and not sure if we can squeeze in another soft play day. Maybe if it's raining in the coming days. Honestly keep up the high standards and keep investing in the place like you currently are!! Brilliant. ( didn't take photos as children were playing but here's my nachos!)

I went on a weekend day, I tried to make a booking online and by phone a few times because they recommended it on their page, I didn't succeed and I went there early, there was no one at the reception, all the girls were cleaning inside and no one came, after a long time an employee came and said that she apologized and that they had some problems with the site, After that they said to wait that maybe there is room if someone who made a booking doesn't come, it seemed like a joke to me already but after the children saw the playground, it's harder to refuse them and go back, especially since I came a bit far. A lot of parents came with their children, I don't know if they all had a booking but I found out later that there was some birthday event, After I stood in that small waiting hall with 2 children I got tired of waiting and being crowded by all the others who came ''with a booking'' although the site didn't work for me only? I waited feeling discriminated against, both me and my husband who wanted to give up but we had already paid, we were the first there and the last to enter, the most horrible experience at such a beautiful playground so far. Of course, entering the other side we couldn't find any place because we were the last to enter. The place was very crowded and it was a torture, we stayed there for our children and I won't go there again. The place was recommended to me by the host where I stayed on holiday. The place really looks wonderful if it's not super crowded except for the reception which is too small.

Held a baby shower here today. Very good experience booking with Chloe, who was always available for my multiple phone calls/emails. It was absolutely perfect! The most delicious afternoon tea which also catered for lots of different dietary requirements and did it very well. Everyone was very happy and very complimentary. Kids very happy too! Party food, ice-cream & softplay. The perfect combo. Thank you team & especially the chef!

We visited with our 5 year old grandson on a very wet and windy Sunday which would possibly explain that it was very busy with 2 birthday parties booked in as well. The facilities were very good, we didn't eat any food as there wasn't a free eating area but it did look good. Obviously on a dry day the outside eating area and play area would be accessible. What lowers my star rating is the total lack of staff monitoring the play area where there were older children, who looked older than 12,play fighting in the ball pool and also removing the balls to climb to the upper levels and throw at each other. The older children were also using the under 5s area. I didn't voice my opinions to the staff as our grandson wouldn't enter the area by then as he was afraid of the older children seeming rough to him. This is just my opinion of the day with...
