such a fun filled afternoon at Danger Point. Visited with a 5 year old and she was entertained for 4 hours. We started with the craft, which was excellently priced. After making sand art and build a bear we started the tour round 15 activity filled rooms. With a workbook in hand, each page gave clear instructions on the activity and we also had a treasure hunt to find in each room. the rooms were interactive, some more suited for older children, but we still enjoyed them and adapted and simplified as we went around. Outdoor road safety and internet room is VERY CLEVER. the internet room had us laughing in stitches. The staff were all SUPER friendly, really made our day very special from the moment we walked in. Very welcoming. Take own picnic. Lots of places to sit and eat. Cold and hot drinks from machine to buy if needed. Small gift shop with things like slime, stationary etc to buy and really reasonably priced. Would definitely return....
Read moreWe took 6 children, ranging from 3-8. The u4’s had great fun doing the treasure hunt, whilst the others did the hunt and the Quest, which was fun and informative. From the moment I called to book, the staff were very friendly! On our arrival, they made us feel welcome and were great with all the children! It took just over two hours to make our way around the centre, which was great value for the price, then we finished off with a craft activity which was also very reasonably priced. Because each room is set in a different environment, the children were excited to explore and it held their attention the entire way round. The safety knowledge is so valuable, and they especially loved finding new ways to make an electricity circuit out of body parts, and interacting with Chaos the Alien.
I’d highly recommend DangerPoint to anyone looking for an fun, interactive,...
Read moreWe visited Danger point whilst staying nearby and after reading the excellent reviews. It didn't disappoint!
We took our two kids and booked the Danger Detective activity, the treasure hunt and Craft point afterwards. All of the staff were really welcoming, friendly and made it all about the kids. Our children were engaged with the activities and learnt a few things along the way. The whole place has been modelled exceptionally well, and at times I was confused whether the scenes were actually real (particularly the shop!). We did pottery painting in the afternoon, which the kids loved and the staff were encouraging.
For almost a full day, it was real value for money. The staff also welcomed us to bring in our own picnic and have lunch on site, which was a nice touch. We noticed that every penny made goes back into the charity, so I would thoroughly...
