I've spent many hours and a lot of money taking my children here. However today. My daughter had an accident I had just taken her to use the bathroom. When I told the manager I've never felt more humiliated in my life. His body language was awful and he made me feel like I was disgusting and that it was vile that my child had the audacity to have an accident at the age of 3. I apologised profusely even said I would clean it up once I had changed my daughter. When I came out and apologised again he was cleaning it up had his back to me. To which I was talking too the whole time. I apologised again. I was ignored. Then I told him how rude I thought he was. To which he replied. With a horrible attitude in front of everyone I am cleaning up your daughters wee. I've never come across such a rude detached human being in my existence. He knows I am a regular attendy to there establishment but somehow felt the desire to humiliate me in front of others. At a children's place of play. Like it shouldn't happen. I went today with my two sisters and my 4 year old son who is his birthday today. The dinosaur mini golf was fantastic, we had so much fun despite the rain. We went into the bar area and asked a girl with curly hair if she could keep a small cake for me for when we finished the mini golf. As we entered the bar I asked for the cake and we sat at the table, we lit a candle as small as a grape, my son was very happy, he was with his eyes closed making a wish and the girl with the curls started screaming saying that she had said no candles (something she never said because if not we would have gone somewhere else). My son started crying because he was scared by the screams of this girl, shameful, she ruined the birthday of a 4 year old. We will never go back. Tell the girl that she should be ashamed!!!! She could have come up and said girls sorry, you are not allowed to light small or large candles, you can blow it out!! don't be rude and yell like that!!! we will never recommend anyone to come to you if you have this...
