I have purchased food from here on numerous occasions, and I must say that I have always enjoyed and loved the food. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are reasonable. Above all, the staff are very friendly, especially Mr Arun, Annan, and others.
On one occasion, I ordered a chicken curry, but it was a bit too salty. I called the restaurant immediately to raise my concerns. They apologised for the inconvenience and offered a generous resolution, telling me I could get the a full refund, in addition to a replacement, along with an additional dish as a goodwill gesture. That’s the level of professionalism I have experienced from them. They acknowledged the mistake and sought to resolve it, rather than blaming the customer or offering excuses.
Another point worth mentioning is that there are a good number of parking bays available on the premises, although it can be a bit tricky to find a space. The best approach is to phone ahead, place your order, and collect it.
They accept card payments, but prefer cash.
I would happily recommend this place to anyone looking for authentic Hyderabadi biryani and a wide variety of Indian dishes, all served with...
Read moreSo having been to Hyderabad and knowing the food greats there like Paradise, Bawarchi and Shadabs. I went in with a low bar on this place as I have been burned before. Calling a biryani Hyderabadi does not make it one. So imagine my surprise when I got a leaflet through the door about this place, a stones throw away for me.
So with apprehension I asked if they spoke telugu, they did. So a box ticked we were close to the area now.
So I then ordered. A Lamb biryani family size and a large chicken 65.
Everyone is eagerly awaiting for the delivery.
It finally arrives and was it amazing. The biryani could have done with a bit more seasoning (salt). But do not let it detract you from the authentic taste.
The chicken 65 could have been drier, but the flavour more than made up for this.
Overall a 4 star only because I want them to do better and succeed.
This is one biryani place getting more repeat...
Read moreThis restaurant is HMC certified so we took a drive out there from Hounslow, where we were staying. It was a Saturday evening. There are some parking bays in front of this row of shops, 1 hour no return free.
We originally ordered 2 portions of the Lamb Biryani, then we ordered one more since we loved it. Their Biryani is the crowd puller and we were impressed. We also ordered a portion of Chicken 65.
There was a steady stream of customers coming in. Some were asking for Chicken Biryani but it was not ready. Customers either waited or opted for the Lamb Biryani instead. When the Chicken one was ready and the pot was opened a lovely aroma broke out and there was an awe of excitement amongst waiting customers.
Lamb Biryani is £5.99 whilst Chicken Biryani is £2.99. The other items are on display in the counter. All looked nice and fresh.
This place is a gem and I shall look forward to it next time...
