Impression Venue — Attraction in London

1 star is more than enough. Never experienced in my life such a bad service. I used to work for events providing service in 5 star hotel for weddings and I have never seen in my life such an unprofessional behaviour from all the staff. Actually there was no staff around at all. First of all the cutlery was dirty on the table, I kindly ask a member of a staff to bring us clean cutlery which we can use , he did not say sorry and he wasn't happy about me telling him to bring us new cutlery. Then after being on a table for half an hour we call another member of a staff to bring us some water. His answer " we ll bring water in about 30 mins on the tables" I said I am really thirsty could i please get a glass at least. His answer was the same " we will bring water in half an hour on the table ". none of us heard the world sorry. Then just after being 2 hours on the table with no water and no food I approached another member to find out what is happening with the water . He said the food is ready as soon as we start serving the food the water will come too. When someone ask for a water just from a curtesy u must provide it no matter what.

No words to describe this terrible service. If I could rate this venue with minus starts I would happily do it .

Fantastic Wedding Venue – Highly Recommend Impressions!

I have organised multiple weddings at Impressions, and the experience was nothing short of excellent. The hall is incredibly spacious, making it ideal for large gatherings without ever feeling cramped. Guests were able to move around comfortably.

The stage setup was outstanding—perfectly elevated and beautifully designed so that everyone had a clear view of the couple and the main proceedings. It really added a touch of elegance.

The lighting throughout the venue was another highlight. It was well-balanced—bright enough for photography and video, yet warm and flattering, which created a lovely atmosphere.

Great venue, big hall. They have upstairs and down stairs. Upstairs is like a mezzanine floor which has a segment cut out based around the stage on the ground floor, so you can clearly be apart of what’s going on in the main stage area. Also, in the areas upstairs where you are away from the stage, they have TV screens that views the stage area. Very cleverly thought out! They have a beautiful entrance, all glasses off and as you step in, you’re walking on solid granite or marble floor.
