It’s been four years I have been walking pass this little hidden gem stone in the corner, very easy to miss. But I won’t miss it anymore. Let’s start from the look, which is very different and attractive. You are bound to fall in love with the shop at first sight. Then again all the books give it a essence of a book shop or a cafe where you can read book and enjoy your hot drink. I was thrilled to know that you can actually buy this stuffs which has a distinctive price tag of them. The furniture and the overall look is very artistic and significantly different from any other retail coffee shops or food places. Then let me mention about the stuffs who are very friendly and polite, while talking to them with all my surprised 😱 face, they didn’t let me realise it was our first meeting. It felt like awesome there, highly recommended place to visit at least once and see by yourself. however, let me write about the coffee as well, I am very fussy about my coffee and usually prefer cafe Nero over any other retail coffee places. Would NOT eat there again. Got a cheese omelette beans and toast. And a coffee . Cost me 10 pound. Which was bizzare to start with . As it was one filling and some beans . They didn't use milk or anything in the omelette to fluff it up so it was dry and rubbery . Instead of mixing in the cheese as it's cooking they sprinkled cheese cubes on top . So the cheese wasn't fully melted . Looked like snot sprayed all over my food. Smallest portion of beans with it. Nowhere would you justify 8 pound for that . And even so at least make an effort on the food instead of slapping it on the plate if you're gonna charge so much for it. I don't rate places this bad usually but honestly nothing nice I could say about the food so I've been left with no choice . I wouldn't recommend at all. And if I knew my way around the area I would have went somewhere else . But was doing my CBT around the corner so couldn't go too far. I don't mind paying the money. But at least make the food worth it . Which in this case it was NOT . very disappointing to see and eat that after...

I had a big journey today Saturday 4th, so I had a few minutes to buy something to eat this morning. I spotted this coffee shop just outside West Ham station. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming and beautiful. The staff was so friendly, understanding, patient and caring and funny (I had a mishap with my card). I only got a muffin, which is the best Lemon and Poppy Seed muffin I have ever had, because I had a train to catch. Next time I am in West Ham again or it’s on the way of my travels I will plan a one hour gap for me to sit down and enjoy a nice lunch. I am writing this review immediately after my visit while on the train because this has truly been the most human and genuine interaction I’ve had in a long time and you have made my day.
