Lovely park land. Nice pond with varied wild life. Including magnificently Herons 'Nesting in the trees and fishing in the pond. Fairly well keeped grounds. Negative. Swings and other items in the children's recreational play park poorly maintained. ie, One swing has been, out of service for months. Small roundabout bearings are seizing up. MANOR HOUSE LIBRARY IS A JOKE! Being a electric wheelchair user 'means that the 'disabled access lift "Has been unusable for about '3 years. Lift rated at '400kg, but cuts out when a wheelchair less than 250kg is loaded. Council have been aware of this "But refuse to spend the money having the lift regalibrated. 'Hence Libary is inaccessible to electric wheelchairs. Or more than '2 Baby buggies! (Such a waste of a much needed facility). ...

Very well maintained by the council Enclosed dog exercise area with lots of space for dogs to run around Tennis courts (not sure how to access these as I've never used them) Play area for the kids Cafe for food/drink Decent amount of wildlife, with a few signs giving information on all the various ducks and fish that chill there There are quite often events there in the summer (e.g. open air cinema) Ice house which used to be used by the fancy manor folk for keeping their ice solid. Read moreWonderful little park. Had central big grass area for playing picnics etc large pond full of ducks geese swans coots Egyptian geese with chicks and moorhens. Great to feed then with home bright food (not bread) or food bought from the cafe. The cafe is excellent with tasty food value food drinks and ice cream. There is a well stored kids playground suitable for toddlers to 10 year olds. Whilst dogs are allowed around the outside and there is a very small dog exercise area it is not the greatest place to walk a dog and they ate not allowed in the central greased area or...
